Rates range from a summer/fall season low of $98 per night ($2950 per month) to a high winter season rate of $195 per night ($5950 per month.

- Internet streaming video service YouTubeTV is included. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney and other streaming services are available for you to login to with your own account.
- Two car parking available on the north facing shaded driveway.
Low season rates
Spring/Summer/Fall: May 1 – October 31st

High season winter rates
Winter: November 1 – April 1st

$165 per night ($4950 per month) includes utilities
Additional information
Non-refundable reservation amount is the first month’s rent which will be converted to a security deposit.

Age restrictions and club fees
Trilogy is an age-restricted community that has a registration process for renters. Regulations dictate that at least one renter must be 55 years of age or older. More details are available at the link below. Depending on the length of the rental period, Trilogy may also require the payment of club fees to use the amenities.
